Almost anyone! The VI Peel is safe for all skin types and tones, making it a great option for anyone looking to refresh dull skin or address specific concerns like acne or discoloration.

Caela will cleanse your skin and apply the peel in layers. You may feel a mild tingling or warm sensation for a few minutes, but it’s generally comfortable. The process takes about 20–30 minutes. You will leave the studio with the peel on and receive an after care kit to take home. 

Most clients begin peeling around day 2 or 3, and it continues for about 3–5 days. It’s important not to pick or peel the skin manually—let it shed naturally.

You’ll start to notice smoother, more radiant skin after your first peel. For deeper issues like acne scars or hyperpigmentation, a series of 3–4 peels spaced 4–6 weeks apart gives the best results.

There’s minimal downtime. You can resume most daily activities immediately, but avoid excessive sun exposure, sweating, or exfoliating during the peeling phase.

You will receive a post-peel care kit with instructions and gentle skincare products. Avoid harsh products, retinols, and picking your skin. Keep your skin hydrated and protected with SPF daily. You will also have access to the Vi Peel app for all aftercare instructions and more!
