Membership Policies

Our membership policies are designed to support clarity, fairness, and flexibility while protecting the quality of care we provide.

Membership Commitment

All Caela Esthetics memberships require a three-month minimum commitment. This commitment supports consistency in care and
allows your skin to benefit from ongoing treatments.

After the initial three months, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with the policy below.

Billing & Payments

  • Membership fees are automatically billed monthly using the payment method on file.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Membership pricing, inclusions, and benefits are subject to change with notice.
  • If a payment does not process successfully, you will be notified and asked to update your payment method.
  • Membership benefits may be temporarily paused until payment is resolved.

Missed Appointments & Rollovers

  • Membership benefits are intended to be used within the billing month.
  • Unused services do not roll over to the following month.
  • If you anticipate missing a month, we recommend contacting us ahead of time to discuss pause options.

Membership Pauses (Freezes)

Members may pause (freeze) their membership for up to one month per year.

During a pause:

  • Monthly billing is suspended.
  • Membership benefits are temporarily inactive.
  • Benefits resume once the membership is reactivated.

Pause requests are subject to approval.

Cancellations

  • After completing the initial three-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled with advance notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations requested after a billing cycle has been processed will take effect the following month.

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Membership tier changes may be requested after the initial commitment period.
  • Upgrades typically take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Please contact us to request any changes so we can ensure a smooth transition.

Transferability & Sharing

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
  • Membership benefits cannot be shared with others.
  • Gift cards are available if you wish to share Caela Esthetics with someone else.

Retail & Add-On Discounts

  • Apply only to the active member.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  • Are subject to availability.
  • Discounts do not apply to gift cards unless otherwise stated.

Booking & Availability

Memberships include priority booking benefits where specified. While we strive to accommodate preferred appointment times,
availability is not guaranteed and is subject to scheduling.

We encourage booking appointments in advance to secure preferred time slots.

Policy Updates

Caela Esthetics reserves the right to update membership policies, pricing, or inclusions with reasonable notice.
Any changes will be communicated to active members.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client to ensure personalized care and service. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delays for other scheduled clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

This policy protects the reserved appointment time and helps maintain availability for all clients.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of esthetic and skincare services, all services rendered are final and non-refundable.

Results may vary from person to person depending on:

  • Skin condition
  • Home care compliance
  • Lifestyle factors
  • Product usage
  • Medical history

Retail skincare products may only be eligible for exchange or store credit if unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase, at the discretion of Caela Esthetics.

Deposits & Payments

Certain appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Cash
  • Digital payment platforms
  • Approved financing or payment services

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate health and skincare information
  • Disclosing allergies, medications, or sensitivities
  • Following recommended aftercare instructions
  • Informing us of any adverse reactions following treatment

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and safety.

Results Disclaimer

Inpidual skincare results are not guaranteed and vary based on each client’s skin type, concerns, consistency, and overall health.

Caela Esthetics does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

Medical Disclaimer

Services provided by Caela Esthetics are cosmetic and esthetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or skin conditions.

Right to Refuse Service

Caela Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Unsafe conditions
  • Inappropriate behavior
  • Contraindications for treatment
  • Failure to comply with policies

Photos & Social Media

With client consent, before-and-after photos may occasionally be taken for treatment tracking, education, or marketing purposes.

Clients may decline photography at any time.

Gift Certificates & Promotions

Gift certificates, promotional offers, and discounts:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • May not be combined unless specified
  • May expire according to promotional terms
